alexnuno apologies for the delay here. It appears you are on the wrong calling mode - Click to Call mode instead of regular call mode.
On the bottom left on the app select the one that says ext number on Softphone instead of on device model.
- alexnuno3 years agoActive ContributorThank you! This was indeed it. Sorry for the delayed response. I wonder why it was set that way... One would imagine that calling from the softphone would default to actually dialing out from that same softphone. I suppose that's how it goes. Now I know!
