Live Chat to Website
Hello, I can never seem to get the live chat code to work on our website. Can you give some guidance on it? How much customization can you do on it? Any flows, or AI?
It should go to the chat queue you set up for it, and then if you're assigned to that queue the message would should be available.
I think I got it working. Now, my next issue is I have the chat assistance thing working great, but its not showing this "Please wait a moment while we transfer you to a live agent. Thank you."
