Securing outbound calls

Hi all,

 

Just curious if anyone has been able to secure outbound calls with a PIN on a physical phone?

 

I have a  bunch of phones setup as standalone devices since they're in common areas, but we don't want clients and visitors randomly making calls from them.

 

Is this possible under the new GoTo Admin? I've used GoPilot and it seems like there is a method, but when i attempt the recommneded it doesnt actually have that option suggested.

    Hi, FSD5150 Welcome to the GoTo Community, 


    This can be done, if you remove dialing permission from a user, the user using the phone would need to dial out with a star code and user permission of someone else.
