Soft Phone Full Screen popup

Hi,   I accidently turned-on soft phone feature and after that whenever any incoming call comes, full screen popup on top of all programs which is annoying. Is there any way to disable the softphon...

Hi Kate, 

 

I have problem with my Goto program on windows PC. 

 

Whenever any incoming call comes, the new Goto window popped up on top of everything. 

I have screenshot of that window but can't find any option to attached it. 

 

Another user who has not unable to softphone has no issue of popup window. 

 

 

How do I disable softphone.

Hi tarakm 

 

Have you tried disabling "Pin Window" found in Settings. This should make it so that the window does not stick on top of other app windows. 

 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you should be able to upload a screenshot of what you see, you usually need to post a few times before you are allowed to post a screenshot.

    Thanks for the reply.

     

    Pin window is already disabled. Below is the screenshot of the window which is popped up on top of everything when there is a incoming call.

      tarakm thanks for sharing the screenshot. 

       

      If you don't want any notifications and have calls go straight to voicemail, you can set your GoTo settings to Do Not Disturb by clicking on your avatar on the top right of the GoTo app.

        You are not getting me, the problem is not the notification. Problem is big POP UP windows I am getting  every time the call comes in.

         

        Do not disturb is not the solution here.  My another computer with GOto has not pop window comes in, just a little notification on top left corner. 

        How do I disable the softphone ? 

         

        See the screen shot of the Pop up screen, which is only happening if someone has softphone function enable.
