What is a soft phone and does it have any advantages over a desk phone?
A soft phone is a phone system application that can be installed on your smartphone or computer, allowing you to make and receive phone calls without the need for desk phones or hardware.
Soft phones allow you to do everything you can do with a desk phone – but so much more!
