Yealink address book is showing blank, how do I populate that with my users?

The phones are Yealink SIP-T34W Right now when users click on the directory/address book on the phones it's blank - how do I make it so all of my users populate in that menu? We don't need externa...

    In new admin portal: devices → select user → Settings → enable remote directory
