I agree that GotoConnect doesn't seem to offer enough technical support and it seems they aren't really interested in Zoho customers. I don't know really. I've been using GotoConnect when it was called Jive and it's much better but I fear that its so antiquated under the hood that anyone that uses them gets a second or third rate experience
