Accessibility issue w/chat notifications

GoTo Meeting does not appear to have any in-meeting or user settings that allow users to "mute" / disable visual notifications of chat messages, which is a major accessibility problem for any attendees with cognitive processing disabilities (i.e ADHD). 

Does anyone in the community know if this issue has previously been raised / if there are plans to address it?

    Welcome to the Community. While there is a way to enable/disable desktop chat notifications, there isn't a way to turn off the in-app chat notifications. The issue was presented to the team and they are currently working on a fix. 

    Thank you very much for your report, this hadn't been reported previously. I will keep the Community updated on the progress.
