Hi,
Are you saying that the recordings are saving correctly online, but won't playback for you in the web browser? If so, have you attempted to use an alternate browser for testing purposes?
Is your Flash programming up to date on the affected computer?

Thanks for responding. What I discovered is that the Does Not Compute - Something is broken page appears if the recording is still processing. It would be better if a page came up indicating that it is still processing.
