How to Disable automatic recording sharing to attendees
Hi,
Very new to gotomeeting. first my "save" button is disabled in the settings. Found a solution here. However;
1. I cannot change the settings on automatic sharing of recording to meeting participants. I dont want to share my after meeting materials or recordings.
2. How can I go back to the new interface ...I went back to old so that i can change settings since in the hub, my save button is disabled. Whenever I want to go back , I am reverted to try a trial version of the hub.
3. Can attendees see the attendance list while meeting is ongoing?

Hi,
You can disable the Attendee list in your GoToMeeting preferences.
If you are recording to the cloud, you can also set the default expiration date for those files to be accessible online.
