How to Disable automatic recording sharing to attendees

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;Very new to gotomeeting. &nbsp;first my "save" &nbsp;button is disabled in the settings. &nbsp;Found a solution here. &nbsp;However;1. &nbsp;I cannot change the settings on automatic sharing of recording to meeting participants. &nbsp; I dont want to share my after meeting materials or recordings.2. &nbsp;How can I go back to the new interface ...I went back to old so that i can change settings since in the hub, my save button is disabled. &nbsp;Whenever I want to go back , I am reverted to try a trial version of the hub. &nbsp;3. &nbsp;Can attendees see the attendance list while meeting is ongoing?&nbsp;Thanks ,&nbsp;

Hi,

You can disable the Attendee list in your GoToMeeting preferences.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

If you are recording to the cloud, you can also set the default expiration date for those files to be accessible online.&nbsp;
