Thank you, dear KateG
Meanwhile, I learned that the webcam was not activated by default. I never ever worked with a conferencing system which had as a default recording audio only... Now problem has been solved. Thank you for all your efforts.
All the best, Elisabeth

Thanks for getting back to me. From my original post, was it a local recording? If so, webcams are not shown in local recordings. In order to have webcams shown you should switch to online (cloud) recording.
Here's the steps:
- Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
- Select the Settings icon and then Recording > Saving and Sharing.
- Select the location you want to store recordings:
- Save recordings to Video Library (Recommended) — Recordings are stored automatically in your Video Library, can include webcams (select Show webcams in recordings to include them), and can easily be edited, viewed, and shared online.
- Save the recordings to my computer — Recordings are saved locally to a folder on your computer (the Documents folder by default, but you can change the folder location from your Preferences). Webcams are not included and recordings must be manually converted and then uploaded to your Video Library before you can view and share them. Any password protected webinars will be saved locally by default for security purposes.

Hi KateG
Thanks for catching up. I was using meeting. Now, I tried out my goto.training. Indeed, it is recording, but still only audio. This must be a joke...
And I do not see where I could change setting.
My advice would be to change settings in a way that recording video AND audio is active.Maybe you can help with another advice.
Kind regards, Elisabeth

Hi Elisabeth-3105 Welcome to the Community,
Was it a local recording without screen or video sharing? If so, webcams are not shown in local recordings. In order to have webcams shown you should switch to online (cloud) recording.
