Setting cloud recording GTM - where is it?
G'day,
I want to switch from local recording to cloud recording (GTM professional). But I cannot find any setting to do so. What do I have to do, to activate cloud recording of a meeting?
Couldn't find the activation in any of the admin-center settings, neither in the GTM center, nor in the meeting settings. I searched the history of this board, but as suggested, there is no setting in the GTM center on the left side. I tried the FAQ-section: nothing that helped me.
Is the cloud recording still available in GTM prof? Where and how do I activate it?
For your help I'd be very thankful.
Hi Bear44, welcome to the community.
In the GoTo App click on your profile in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu displayed
Next, click on Meetings and then Content

Thanks a lot. I found the section where I can change the subscription
Before proceeding, I'd like to know if the current configuration on my "professional" goto will be present in the new business account. In particular, the rooms I've created are still alive after upgrade?

Hi CarpeDiemSL nice to see you. You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Please note, you will need to be a billing admin to make changes to your subscription.
You can find instructions on how to do that here.

Thanks for the suggestion. How can I upgrade to GTM Business tier. I've just payed one year GTM Professional subscription at the begining of January. Can I upgrade my subscription for the 10 months to the end of the year?

I checked with the team about your account. It appears you are a GTM Professional customer, which does not get cloud-based recordings. You would need to upgrade to GTM Business tier.

I took a peak at your settings and cloud recording should be enabled. You also appear to be on the latest app version. Do you not see the option like in the image below? If so, can you message me a screenshot? (click on my user name and you will see the option to message me on the top right).

Hi Guys,
I have a GoToMeeting Professional, but I can't switch from Local Recording to Cloud Recording.
In my Setting - Content there is no way to choose if Local or Cloud. Cloud option is not shown.
I have the GoTo 4.5.0 version in Italian language.
Could you give me any suggestion?
