Well, that *was* a couple of years ago. 🤔 My recollection is that we replaced the USB cable and that resolved the problem.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply! We run hybrid meetings for the Federal government and these dropouts are killing us. We have to combine meeting room audio and webinar audio for all participants so need to resolve audio interface dropouts. I've done all the power settings; next up is a better quality USB cable, powering the audio infterface (instead of bus power); and increasing the USB buffer size.
