Videos not saving to the cloud

My recorded videos used to say to the cloud and I could find them in my documents folder. At some point I was signed out of OneDrive and I think that stopped the videos from saving in the folder.

I am signed back in and have resumed recording calls like before, but now my videos are not downloading to the documents folder.

What might the reason be that they aren't saving there anymore?
It's pretty important for me as I record meetings multiple times a day and they are saved with date and client name for easy organization and moving to other folders. Downloading from the app is tedious and doesnt save with the date and client name.

Hi Asharetts welcome to the GoTo Community,

Recordings saved to a document folder are local recordings, it sounds like that's what you used previously to record, versus cloud recordings.

You can check under Meeting Settings - Content - Recordings - Save recordings on my computer.  If recordings are saved to your computer, you should find them in the documents folder.

I was using the cloud previously. I checked my settings to make sure they were still set up that way. I don't know what changed, but they randomly showed up again.
