Black Screen During GoToMyPC Remote Session
Hi everyone,
Iam encountering a black screen when trying to connect to my remote computer using GoToMyPC. The connection establishes, but the screen stays black, and I cannot interact with the remote desktop. Iam using Windows 10 on both the host and client machines. I have tried restarting both computers and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.
