Access issue on registration URL with source tracking

Hi,   Some customers face an issue that they can't access a registration URL with source tracking. The error massage is "Please try again after a while.　We are currently experiencing service issues...

Hi Kiyomi welcome to the GoTo Community. I'm not currently aware of an issue around a source tracking URL not being recognized due to security reasons. Could you PM me the URLs with the source code(s) and I can take a look? Click on my user name, then you will see an option to message me on the right.
