Access to GoToWebinar by panelist

I organise a Webinar next week and observe that some panelists are not allowed to download the GoToWebinar app on their professional computer. Is there a way for panelists to access through a web bro...

    If the application cannot download to the computer, then GoToWebinar will open in a web browser.  The web browser version works about the same, but you can not be a co-organizer.
