Analytics Overview

By default it shows 10 sessions/webinars.  I had a customer with a 15 virtual event sessions in one day and it defaults to showing the first 10.  I finally figured out if you click the date it allows you to select a longer time period and shows all the sessions.   It looks like it is double counting the registrants and the attendees.   It did not seem to be pulling accurate data if it double counted registrants and attendees.   What is this overview intended for?

Hi @TCgoto, welcome to the community.

The Session Overview Report shows a high-level summary of all your events. You can select a date range to specify the webinars included. Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing and the double counting of registrants and attendees?

      Hi GlennD,
Here is a screen shot. This customer bought a license just for this one day virtual event on July 7, 2022. There were about 240 registrants and she had 15 sessions that were pre-recorded videos. Her first question was why does it show only 10 sessions when there were at least 15? And why is the registrant and attendee count double?
