Hi aldersv99ā, Nice to see you,
Thank you for sharing those details and for being so proactive with your testing.
No widespread audio issues have been reported today by other organizers or attendees, so it does not appear to be a system-wide fault with GoTo Webinar. However, it is unusual that you experienced the same issue with three different speakers in a row. A few suggestions and questions:
- Are you using the new GoTo App or the classic version? I can provide some tips based on which version you used.
- Were they listed as panelists (not attendees)? Were they on mute, and did you try to ask them to unmute?
- I've included a screenshot of the audio settings with the GoTo app; the 4 blue lines show that audio is connected, even if the panelist is muted, they should see movement in the 4 lines when speaking. Could they see that?
- One tip, you can logging off and on will often refresh settings and resolve the issue, or click 'No Audio' and then return to Computer audio, which will also refresh settings.
- If you practice again and the issue happens, you may want to jump on a call with customer support, who could also join the webinar and review the settings.
Would it be possible to share the Webinar IDs for the affected Webinars? Our team can take a look. You can message me by clicking on my Username, you will see the option to Message on the top right hand side of the next screen.
