I'm checking on this for you. Can you let me know if you are using the classic version of GoTo Webinar or the new experience? Do you have the app installed?
Are you hosting a standard webinar or a webcast (with a webcast all attendees join in the browser without installing and only organizers and panelists use the desktop software).
