Cancelled Registrations That Shouldn't Be
We have many webinars that are hosted each month, usually 2-3 per week. We have an increasing number of participants calling in to our Support team at our company because when they click their link to join the webinar, it says their registration is canceled; however, they did not cancel it, nor did we.
why is this happening and how do we fix it?

In order to look into this we would need some recent webinar examples along with the email addresses for the registrants that reported the issue. If you can gather that information and call our toll-free support, one of our representatives can open a case and we can check what our log files show.
