I'm sorry you are having issues accessing the billing portal, it does look like you were able to update the credit card, on 3/3. You would need to add another GTW subscription, it appears the last one expired.
I've also created a case for you, in case you are still having issues. Someone from the support team will reach out soon. Thanks for your patience.
