Card was canceled but invoice shows successful payment
I previously received a notification that my payment had failed because the credit card was canceled. However, I just received a new invoice today showing that the payment was successfully processed — even though the card should no longer be active.
I checked my account, but I’m unable to view, edit, or remove the credit card details from the billing section. The payment method appears completely inaccessible on my end.
Why would this happen?
Could someone please help me verify the payment status?
And who should I contact directly to resolve this issue?

Hi Silvi, for billing issues you need to call our toll-free support and speak with a representative.
