dashboard breakdown

I need to edit the branding in a webinar and I'm getting this message "we have experienced a breakdown" and takes me to another page. How can I solve this? I tried to call and it's always busy     ...

    Hi Localistico Welcome to the GoTo Community. 

     

    Have you tried to clear cookies and cache, using a different browser, and rebooting a computer? 

     

    If that doesn't help, can you let me know what page it takes you to?
