Date for the certificate

When creating an on demand webinar there's no way to send a follow up email after the attendee has watched it - the follow up email is sent 1 hour after the end date which has to be amended every day/week/month to make sure people aren't waiting a year to hear from me. This also means the date on the certificate is always after the date the webinar was watched. Is there a way round this?

    Welcome to the Community. At this time, there isn't an option to send a follow-up email immediately after an on-demand webinar is viewed. As you mentioned, follow-up emails are sent after the scheduled end date, and if enabled, they will include a certificate.

    The certificate date will either reflect the scheduled end date of the webinar or can be customized to a specific date of your choosing (for example, the original date the webinar recording was made available). However, it won't be tied to the date the on-demand webinar was actually viewed by the attendee.

    To achieve more precise follow-up timing, you can adjust the webinar's timeframe settings to create a smaller window for follow-up emails.
