Cannot send follow up email
I am trying to send a follow up email for a webinar. I sent one for the attendees and I am trying to send on for those that were absent and I can't. It is greyed out.
It is well within the 6 week window, in fact, older webinars, I can send follow up emails.
If it matters, I did send one earlier to both attendees and absent and I need to send another.
