Email Templates

Hi


I am very disturbed about the Email Templates used with GOTO webinars.  The emails turn out to be erratic with  logos, text etc misaligned.  Also there are different fonts in the email.  Can we fix this somehow.

    In all the years I have used GoToWebinar, the email templates (confirmation, reminders, follow-up) have never been improved. It would be wonderful if HTML support could be added in addition to correcting any errors.

    Hi atifhussain  Welcome to the GoTo Community, thanks for sharing your feedback here. 

     

    We updated and redesigned the email templates a few months ago. It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot to help explain where the design is irregular so I can understand what you are seeing and share this with the team. 

     

    Fran_Simon nice to see you again and thanks for your feedback on adding html. You may want to add a kudo and comment to this similar idea.
