Error message when trying to assign a gotowebinar license

When trying to apply this license to a user, I receive an error banner.

    Hi there, seems like I needed tor remove the trial first, then I was able to apply the new license.

I don't see any issue with your corporate plan currently.  Can you click on my Community name to send over a private message with the email address you're trying to add?
