Hi DKramer1, welcome to the community.
I will share this with the team. A potential workaround, for now, could be to schedule them as Recorded Webinars with multiple set dates and times instead of On Demand. That way the attendees have to sit through the entire webinar as if it was live and wait until the end for the Survey.
