GoToWebinar re-authentication in Classic Experience (Feb 2025)
We’ve implemented a security fix that may require some GTW v10 users to reauthenticate when performing certain actions.
What does this mean:
You might have to re-authenticate in certain scenarios, such as:
- Updating materials or polls during a session.
- Accessing recordings after a session.
If you are using multi-factor authentication it may become necessary to perform all steps of this re-authentication. If you do not re-authenticate as required, you will not be able to perform the intended task or access your recordings after a session directly.
How to Bypass Re-authentication:
For a smoother, uninterrupted experience, we encourage you to switch to our new experience, which eliminates the need for re-authentication.
