GoToWebinar Registration Data Not Syncing with CRM Integration

I’m using GoToWebinar and have integrated it with my CRM to automatically sync registration data. While the integration initially worked, I’ve recently noticed that some registrant details are not being pushed to the CRM. Only a portion of the data appears, and it’s inconsistent across multiple webinars.
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
- Verified that the integration is active and the API keys are correctly configured.
- Ensured that all mandatory fields in both GoToWebinar and the CRM are properly mapped.
- Reviewed the logs, but I don’t see any specific error messages indicating why the data isn’t syncing.
Could this be related to recent changes in webinar templates or CRM updates? Is there a way to manually re-sync missing data or check for API rate limits?
