How to customize an email when you change the date or time of a webinar?
I need to change the date and time of a webinar which I already have invites and attendees for. I would like to be able to customize the email sent and apologize for the change.
Unfortunately, I am not able to figure out a way to do this. The only way I can do it is if I cancel the webinar altogether, which i don't want to do.
It's a bit urgent, so any help or advice would be appreciated.

As long as the webinar has not started, you can go in and change the date and time. When you do that, there is an option to have the system notify the registrants.
You can also run a Registration Report, copy the email addresses from that, and send your own email message explaining the change.
