I checked and don't see a way to disable a panelist's camera, I'm checking with the team about this feature and will follow up when I hear more.

Please check, as we have been using the product for many years and it is very important for us. We were surprised when we did not see this option to turn off the camera for the participant from the organizer's side (not all clients are good with computers and cannot turn it off themselves sometimes)

I confirmed that disabling panelists' cameras by the organizer is not currently available in the new experience, they would need to turn off their cameras.
