Is there a report to confirm participants/registrants were emailed post webinar?

We are having an issue with participants saying they didn't get the recording after the webinar. We only make the video available for 7 days post webinar.

Is there a report that I can show that they were emailed?

Thanks,

Suzanne

  • Hi Virbac-Suzanne welcome to the go to Community.

While there isn't a report verifying that an email has been sent, if you have elected to have participants emailed after the Webinar, all who registered will be emailed to the address provided at registration. There are a few things you can recommend to ensure receipt of the webinar recording:

    1. Check Spam folder: Advise your user to check their spam or junk mail filters for an email from customercare@gotowebinar.com
    2. Email Filtering: If they use email filters, make sure to whitelist the email address customercare@gotowebinar.com. This ensures that crucial communications reach your inbox directly.

    3. Address Book Addition: Add customercare@gotowebinar.com to their address book. This helps your email system recognize and prioritize messages from this address.

    4. IT Support: If they have an IT person managing your email settings, kindly request them to allow emails from customercare@gotowebinar.com. This step can prevent any potential issues with email delivery.

    5. Safe Senders List (for Hotmail/Outlook.com users): For those using Hotmail or Outlook.com, consider adding customercare@gotowebinar.com to their Safe Senders list. This ensures that emails from this address are never treated as spam.
