Joining Webinar by Phone Call
If an attendee joins a webinar on their computer but choses to listen through phone audio and enters the audio pin will they join and remain as muted?
Yes, that person joins the webinar muted like any other Attendee. Once that person has joined the webinar, the Organizer can enable that person to unmute just like any other Attendee.

Correct. All attendees join the webinar muted without the ability to unmute themselves.
