Fernando23 - that message is usually connected with someone whose privileges haven't been configured by the admin yet.
Attendees do not need to sign in or create an account as an attendee, they can join from the confirmation email or join via Webinar ID.
I see that you contacted our support team who took a deeper look, I hope this resolved the issue.
