New look and feel of Emails sent from GoTo Webinar

The latest update on the  Emails sent from GoTo Webinar such as confirmations and registration does not allow us anymore to adapt the colors to our company colors as before. Why would there be an up...

Katrin, JenL Our team has fixed the issue with the email colors, as well as the grey background. Thanks for your patience as we resolved the issue.

Hi Karin,

1. Only the Customer-Facing email confirmation was fixed with for the masthead logo and font colours for the hyperlinks.

 

2. The Internal-Panelists facing email confirmation was partially fixed for the masthead logo, however, what still deploys is the hyperlinks in a mix of green and blue fonts. That was not fixed.

    Hi JenL thanks for getting back to me, I created samples to understand what you are seeing to report to the team. From what I see: 

    • "How to Join Webinar" does not reflect branded colors in the Panelist email
    • Calendar and email hyperlinks default to green vs blue in the Panelist email 

    Anything else? Thanks for your help.
