Sorry to see this. I tested with a scheduled on-demand webinar and didn't see any issues with registration tracking or confirmation emails. The only thing I noticed was if I registered on different days using the same email it only noted the first registration.
Were you able to see the registrants/confirmation emails during the trial, but now you can't?
Because this is of immediate concern, you may want to contact support who can review and/or test your set-up to ensure everything is working correctly.
Thank you KateG, we now appear to be seeing registrations so I can only assume that a couple of people had not completed the registration process properly. Thank you for explaining why I didn't get another email when I registered myself again on the same email address to test the process. On a separate note, if there's any way to prevent confirmation emails going to junk folders please let me know.

Glad to hear it's working!
Depending on your email provider you can mark the email as 'not spam' or have our email domain whitelisted in your system.
This article on password emails not received provides the domains that your company would want to approve.
