On-demand/Recorded webinar video from external mp4

New to GoTo Webinar. Can an On Demand / Recorded event use an external mp4 as the recording source? For instance, I'd like to be able to record the webinar (screen recording and audio), save it as an mp4 and use that as the recording that will air for the webinar. It looks like I only have the option of pulling video from Stage.

 

Also in my Stage channel, which is set as private, the option to "Choose any .wmv, .mov, .mp4 and...." is grayed out. Why is that?

    Hi AS_webadmin 

     

    The easiest way to do this is to upload your mp4 to the Video Library, it's the fourth icon on your GoTo Webinar dashboard. 

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Not sure why it's grayed out on GoTo Stage. Is it possible you don't have mp4s uploaded already?
