Only 1/4 of the screen is showing in my recording

This happened many times in the past, only 1/4 of the screen is showing in my recordings. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? It is very frustrating as we need our recordings for our abs...

A local recording may be affecting the recording outcome. A local recording captures what is on the computer and could potentially be affected by computer hardware vs cloud recordings that capture the screen sharing.

Could you let me know:

Were both recordings made on the same computer?
What type of computer/OS was used?
