Problem with webinars with more than 2,000 participants

Does anyone else have a similar problem?  With the new system, webinars with more than 2,000 participants do not work. Everything freezes, nothing can be shared, the audience cannot see the presen...

Hi,

I already had a test, and yes, we had three webinars with close to 2,000 people, and then the whole application froze. It is impossible to share presentations, and the cameras and microphones do not work.

Thanks for the additional information. I see that you have been in recent conversation with customer support, and there is an internal investigation who will follow up with you.
