Thank you for reaching out! We have not had this specific issue reported as a bug previously. To help us understand what might have happened, could you let us know how many people were answering questions during your webinar? Were they each joining from their own devices and signed in with their individual accounts, or was anyone answering while signed in under someone else’s account name?
We also noticed that the join/leave times for Gus seem to be overlapping, which could indicate that multiple people may have been signed in with the same account or using the same display name. This setup may have affected how answerers are recorded in the Q&A report.

Hi KateG Thanks for responding. We had 4 people answering questions. We remember seeing in GoToWebinar that the various individual people answered the question, so we aren't sure why Gus Walker is showing up. He also wasn't any of the 4 who answered questions.

Thanks for getting back to me. If everyone was joining from their individual accounts and on different devices, I'm not sure what why a different account is being referenced.
