Q&A Report shows wrong answerer
Hello - we hosted a webinar yesterday and when we ran the Q&A report, we saw that it shows the answerer as the same person, even though we know that wasn't the case. Is this a bug?

Hi KateG Thanks for responding. We had 4 people answering questions. We remember seeing in GoToWebinar that the various individual people answered the question, so we aren't sure why Gus Walker is showing up. He also wasn't any of the 4 who answered questions.

Thanks for getting back to me. If everyone was joining from their individual accounts and on different devices, I'm not sure what why a different account is being referenced.
