Questions vs Chat in the Attendee Control Panel?

Why does attendee control panel say "questions", mine and presenters say chat? I have attended other GTW webinars where my attendee control panel said "chat". How can I make mine show "chat" in our a...

    Hi @JeanSmith,

     

    By default, attendees can only ask questions unless an organizer sends them a direct chat message, or they are promoted to a higher role. As we develop the new GoTo experience there will be more chat options available in GoToWebinar in the future.
