Reactivated our account and all Past & Future Webinars Are Gone From Dashboard?

Hello, It seems that this issue appeared again. I cannot see any past webinars. Can you please look into this asap as I need to organise a webinar based on the past one today? Thank you.

I am not seeing any issues with the webinar dashboard currently, can you please try again?

HI Glenn, 

 

I tried again and still do not see any Past events. I re-activated yesterday the monthly subscription which was on hold for a few months. But I never had issues seeing past webinars after re-activation. 

Is there something new that when you put the subscription on hold you lose all the past webinars? I mean that you do not see them again when you re-activate the subscription after a few months?
