Recording cut after the first 2 minutes

On Thursday 21 January 2021, we held a webinar lasting about an hour, from 17:00 to 18:00 CET. We recorded it, however in the video library we find a recording of just 2 minutes. What may have happen...

Hi AshC,

yes, we were 2 organizers and we both recorded, so is this the problem? Only one has to record?

I think that AshC is thinking that maybe one of the co-organizers accidentally hit the button to stop the recording.
