Registration notification mail

I used to receive emails when a participant submitted a registration request, and suddenly I no longer receive a notification.  My company uses a third party IT and I have checked in my Outlook folde...

    Can you check that the option to receive the email is on and let me know?

     

     

     

    If that's set, let me know. I will check with the team to see if there are any blocks.
