Reminder email subject line is totally incorrect from the actual webinar title

    Hi HemoAlliance welcome to the GoTo Community. 

     

    Support is correct, this is happening due to the copy of the webinar. This happens when the webinar you copied was originally scheduled back on our previous version of Classic GoToWebinar. Even if it's a copy of a copy of an old webinar from the old platform the fields don't match exactly so the email subject won't get updated.

     

    The only way to fix it is to schedule a new webinar with the settings you want to reuse and copy that webinar going forward. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for sharing your experience here.
