Scandinavian letters not supported in e-mails and blinking screen while presenting

Hi.   I have 2 issues. The first is that our confirmations e-mails now contains strange charachters when we write in swedish letters, for example Å,Ä and Ö. They are replaced by a ?. This does not ...

Hi @Notisum, welcome to the community.

 

Unfortunately, Swedish is not one of the languages that we support currently. In regard to the screen blinking, can you please provide some details about the computer you are using to host and present the webinars with? 

  • Which operating system does it run? 
  • Have you checked for updated video drivers?
  • What applications are you using/sharing during the webinar?
