Troubleshoot: Audio not in sync during playback

During our 30-minute live webcast today at Noon ET with two presenters, we did not notice any "sync" issues with presenters during the discussion. However, in the recording the presenters audio was not in "sync" with their video. What would cause this to be captured in the recording but not present an issue during the live broadcast?

    The recording was made with the GoTo Webinar's Cloud.
